    As the founder and CEO of IES since 2014, Jeremy leads with hands-on expertise, a problem-solving mind, and a deep commitment to integrity. His favorite moments are still in the field, troubleshooting challenges and making sure customers are always happy. A beekeeper, gardener, and community volunteer, Jeremy’s life and work are both rooted in purpose and strong relationships.

    Trevor is a skilled technician with over five years of experience in the trades and a Journeyman-level background. He specializes in on-site service and troubleshooting, and he takes pride in standing by his work until the job is done right. Outside of IES, Trevor is a music producer, artist, and builder who enjoys working with his hands and connecting with people from all walks of life.

    Wyatt brings energy, curiosity, and a strong sense of integrity to his role as an apprentice. He helps with material prep, site cleanup, and learning the trade from the ground up. He enjoys working with Trevor and his family, solving problems, and seeing satisfied customers at the end of the day. Growing up in Winchester, he’s proud to be building lasting connections in his hometown.

    Robin keeps IES running smoothly with care and attention to detail. She takes pride in supporting the business and loves being able to work alongside her husband and son. When she’s not in the office, she’s tending to animals on the family’s farmette, hunting, and enjoying the peaceful rhythm of country life.

IES was founded by Jeremy Ritter in 2014, backed by over 20 years of Jeremy’s personal experience as a Master Electrician in the field. Our mission has always been to deliver reliable, professional solutions for the local community. As a licensed Class A electrical and alternative energy contractor, Jeremy and his team have built IES around trust, responsiveness, and skill.
